Yeah you can do a wireless upgrade. The poster meant 4.6.0.167, not 4.5.0.167. Don't forget to backup your device prior to doing a wireless upgrade. If you cannot do a wireless upgrade for some reason, then download the os from the stickied thread and follow the directions in that thread, but you should be able to do a wireless upgrade.
