Exclamation Recent Update

Hi,

I personally do not own a BB so please bare with me. Apparently my friend told me that there was this update that launched like 4-5 days ago, so as the unit was getting update the unit lost "connection" and the update was stopped during the installation process. Now when the unit is turned on its just a white screen with a loading logo. So I download BB DM and tried to do a restore but that link is grey'd out. It's like it the PC doesn't recognize the phone cuz when I plug the USB into the PC and turn on the phone, they phone craps out before the phone can get recognized by the PC. I eventually get prompted for an update and I try to do this with no luck. Is there an actual "factory reset" button on the back of the unit or something?
