I can corroborate this, I have it set to 2 minutes in my test 5.0 environment and software configs are pushed based on that schedule. Bummer there is no equivalent to Deploy Software command in 5.0.

The third party dev that creates a BlackBerry Manager 4.1 lookalike for a 5.0 environment would be my personal hero.
