I feel kind of stupid bit i dont know what BIS or BES is and what it is i'm using...
what i ment by that is that i went into:
-Email setup
-Email accounts
and then deleted my account.
afterward i added my gmail again but that was not succesfull.

i have sent the service books, and the gotten and email which said that i had successfully set up my email.

but the problem is still not fixed.
