We have just installed Blackberry Professional Server on Windows 2000 server. We run Exchange 2000 on another server, our users use Outlook 2000.

We have set the reconcile so that when emails are deleted on the BB the email is deleted in Outlook, works fine. We redirect Inbox to BB, works fine.

Our problem is that when an email comes in to Outlook (and thus automatically goes to BB) and the user moves the email to another folder and then the user deletes the email on the BB the email is also deleted in Outlook.

This is not desirable. Is there any way BB email deletes will NOT have an effect in Outlook if the email in Outlook has been moved?
