verizon slapped apple in the face, and i 100% agree with verizon on the issuse, att cust support is great, apple is if not the worst one of the worst cust supports i ever deal with i rather talk do dell support then apple.
att does not have to do anything, tho i would love it if they support the phone not apple. apple support is a joke. |
I can definitely attest to this also. Apple's customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered.
