There's no difference in the phone - it's just a setting change to your account that the service provider needs to make to allow you to use BES. If you buy a Prosumer phone then it can be a pain getting it activated for BES - in my experience T-mobile are a lot more switched on than Vodafone or O2 - but perhaps I'm getting better at asking for the right thing!
