1. Turn off Data Services. When turned back on, a backlog of the emails will arrive to your device.
2. Login to BIS and uncheck "forward to handheld". Re-check when you want to start receiving emails. A backlog of emails won't arrive when you recheck, and you will only start receiving new emails from the time of rechecking forward to handheld.
