I stumbled upon your post and thought I would let you know that PocketMac came out with a new version a few weeks ago: PocketMac 5.0.
This new and improved version brings many new features, including a redesigned sync engine which allows for quicker syncing and syncing with the Snow Leopard, a more simple interface and overall the software is easier to use.
