Just upgraded today from BES 3.6 SP7 to 4.1 SP1 and wow was it not smooth. Auto-enterprise activation failed of course and we had all sorts of fun. Heck, I still haven't accounted for every last event error.

Anyhow, the issue I'm dealing with now is that an assistant is a delegate for her boss's contacts and manages them in her own Outlook (2002). Once I took them wireless, her Blackberry and his Blackberry seem to now have BOTH their contacts. They haven't merged in Outlook, just the Blackberries have merged data. Not their calendars even though she's also a delegate, just their contacts. What to do?
