Click Options (the little wrench icon)>Applications and look for any apps you don't recognize and delete them. It sounds to me like someone is slipping snoopware onto your Berry. I saw a case like this on TV where this lady's ex had somehow put snoopware on her BlackBerry and it was doing stuff like what you mention.
