To get the wireless upgrade you must be on AT&T and must be running AT&T's most current (prior to new) OS... that would be 4.6.0.167 (corrected). Otherwise, you must download the file and install it from your PC either using DM or loader.exe. BTW, AT&T's VVM is now available and working for all OS versions > .266.
