Make sure that you have a bluetooth adapter or built into the pc (obvious I know), have the BB and pc paired, open desktop manager (from here you will see two icons appear on the task bar), double click the BlackBerry Device Manager Properties icon, on that screen you'll see enable bluetooth support and click the box, then click on configure bluetooth and add, from there you will add your BB.
Then go to the desktop manager, go to options then connection settings, on the connection drop down highlight bluetooth and enable bluetooth support, from there you should be set.
