Kinda off-topic, but when you guys say you are paying down your bill, are you making payments more than once a month or something? How does that work? Not sure what you mean.. who said they pay down their bill? But you can definitely make as many payments as you want (via my.t-mobile.com or otherwise), and your autopay will just deduct what your balance is on the billing date. New phone costs get added to next months bill.
