Having done some M&A in the past, how would you even value them? Financials continue to drop, IP loosing value monthly, total addressable market lost in North America and Western Europe, and hardware segment a commodity (just look at HTC). Forget about any traction in China as well.
I can't see anyone even getting as far as due diligence to possibly acquire them.
