Default Help, please!

Hi, I live in the UK (don't know if that helps though).
I have just got the Classic and I am having trouble!
1) I am unable to connect to the broadband at home - I put in the password, to no avail, tried to delete it and nothing happened and still can't connect.
2) My BBM - I have tried to log in and it says my password is wrong and I only have one try left. I tried to use a new email, but for some reason it says I have deleted the second email and have not confirmed it - what do I do?
3) My number isn't saved, so whenever I make an outgoing call or receive incoming calls, my number at the top shows as "0000000000000".

Help! What do I do? All advice gratefully taken.
