One thought is the SIM has no number on it. The OP does make calls so the software may be corrupted and display wrong. IF the number displayed is wrong then maybe the ability to log into the accounts is blocked. Maybe a wipe will help or a call to the carrier for a new SIM.
Also editing the SIM number will correct the problem.
