Some-one please help. I noticed a notification on my Blackberry Desktop Manager to update. I did this but something happened to the DM that I was unable to open it, I uninstalled (via "programmes and features") both of the versions and then re-installed the "updated" version. Though it showed up in "programmes and features" there is no icon on my desktop and nothing appearing under "all programmes". I thought that perhaps the previous version was needed so I re-installed this also, but still nothing. I have unistalled and re-installed both versions on their own to try and get one to work, but nothing... PLEASE help! I have to connect via the desktop manager in order to use my phone as a modem (by instruction from my service provider)...
