Sorry for my delayed response.
The reason I'm trying to get out of this plan/contract/account is because I have 3 phone lines of 4 that are currently not being used and if there is a way out I want to take it. I have nothing against at&t and if successful I'm going to sign up again with them under a smaller plan that better accommodates my living situation (aka 1 active line).
