I dumped Hotmail a long time ago. I was just wondering how "x14" was able to do forward the free version of his Hotmail to Gmail.

Hotmail is sub par compared to other free services such as gmail, which impose no such ridiculous restrictions on its users.

IMHO, Hotmail does not permit this while GMail does because, right, the former wants to lock their users with hassles while the latter "locks" users by providing a superior product.
