Coming back on topic now, there is no "fix". The handset is a power hungry workhorse and is shipped with a battery that's not up to the task. It worked nicely on earlier models because their spec wasn't as resource hungry.

Misinformation? Buddy over a 100 people I know on CrackBerry had issues because they did a normal migration or copied their OS 5 / OS 6 options!
If you don't like this, then dont do it but dont go posting false information
As I said before, I was close to believing that the battery life sucks on this device, until someone suggested me to use 261 and whoaaaa was the big difference after a complete wipe and custom restore
