Its a mobile app that allowss you to scan a document using your mobile device. You can scan documents or images using the app into pdf or jpeg formats. Came across it in andriod mobile device. Its a good app.

Do a google search. Some sites refer to it being available. some even refer to Appworld. Maybe the web site if one exists for the developer would lead you in the right direction.
