Hi,

I have just bought a blackberry Pearl and I want to redirect my email messages from my outlook using the redirector.

I think I have set everything up and the redirector says that it is running and the emails are going into the pending to device location but wont go no further.

Is there something I have to set up on the actual device..?

Start with a Battery pull. You did connect the device via USB before configuring the Redirector right? When you connect it captures your PIN and knows where to direct the message.

If the battery pull fails then connect via USB and with the desktop manager hit Email Settings>Security>Generate Encryption Key

Hey thanks for the reply,

I have tried both and nothing has happened...!

My carrier is Orange but the phone is an unlocked T-Mobile... has this anything to do with it?

The only E-Mail options I can see on the phone are to enable Enterprise where it shows me the same pin but asks me for an email address and password...?
