I am trying to find out how to remove the required password from my phone. We were bought out by a large corporation and their policy is to require you to lock your phone, so we have that little red lock on the security setting. Is there a way to remove this that won't raise red flags or destroy the phone? Thanks for your help.

The answer is simple, NO! Yes, there are ways of removing the IT policy. However, in doing so you will break connection with the BES and need to be reactivated. Once reactivated, the policy will be pushed back to your device.
