Hi Guys,

I'm trying to set a specific username and password for all our Blackberries to use when browsing our Intranet.

Under proxy mappings I've created a rule for the url for our Intranet, specified the username and password and set the proxy to be direct.
I have also placed this rule above my other rules that send all traffic to our proxy server

But whenever I browse the Intranet on a Blackberry it still prompts me for a username and password.

What am I doing wrong??

The proxy settings are for Internet, not for Intranet. For Intranet SSO, please read

Actually you can have pull rules configured for both. Other then that link above is what you need.

So what if we want users to login for the intranet, but use the shared account for the proxy/internet?

You can tell BES, not to use the proxy for intranet addresses (for example through a .pac file).
