my question is: What if i dont suscribe for BIS with my local service carrier ? Will i be able to browse, check mails and IM using 3rd party apps ?? and plz name these apps ?? Thanks in anticipation !!
Pretty much the answer is "no", you won't be able to do any of those things that you have listed without a BlackBerry Internet Service Data Plan from your phone service provider/carrier.
Answer is again NO but there are some Wi-Fi enabled devices where you might be able to use browser over WiFi but nothing else will work and off course no email.
