I purchased a pink housing for my wifes curve. It looks, fits, and feels OEM. The best part is that the bottom clip is unbranded. Paid $54 for it. I still have another one too if you wanna buy

Is this a replacement people (with at least some common sense) can do themselves? I have a Verizon 8330 that is already got some scratches because it has been dropped a few times (whoopsies).

Why do you say that? There is a pink Curve available through Verizon, so there's definitely an "original" (OEM) pink housing, including the battery cover, lens and everything else.

@ MWG70: Yes, it is something somewhat simple to do. Before entertaining the thought of taking on this task, I would recommend going to Cellular Accessories - HTC, Apple, SonyEricsson, Mobiado, BenQ-Siemens, Acer, BlackBerry, LG, Accessoriin order to review the great videos that they have for disassembly. If you feel like you can do it, make sure you have all the right tools as well. Good luck!!!
