I have a few users that occasionaly get their emails moved. The get their emails, then file them in sub folders under the inbox. Later, they find that all the emails they filed have been moved back to the root inbox. The problem goes away if they don't sync the inbox, but they want to sync it.

Anyone know a fix or is this just a shortfall of BES?

*maybe* this may be a "On Conflicts:" setting issue

check if "handheld wins" was configure - change it to "mailbox wins" ?

You'll find "On Conflicts" here : Messages icon, menu "options", email reconciliation

Already checked those settings. Aleady set to Mailbox wins.
There is somehting else happening.

Any other ideas?

Do they file them using the computer or the BB ?

If they have Desktop Software installed, check in the redirector if their subfolders are also synchronised. That might stop the moving
