I bought a brand new 8800 Pearl on eBay around March and it has worked fine until now. It connects fine to the computer and it receives calls and messages but I cant get to the messages because the pearl doesn't work and i think the keypad doesn't work either. The screen will show like I'm typing a couple of letters over and over again. The BB repairs hop said 8800 service coming soon, does anyone know where I could get my Blackberry fixed. I live in Texas. If you can email me that would be better.

yes, the little ball that lights up, when you click it in it just shows that I'm typing Uo over and over instead of letting me get into applications

check the sponsors on this site, there are a couple I believe that should be able to do it.
