How reliable is it, I have been debating whether to switch from Outlook to Google Calendar. Also I have had to delete my entire calendar after upgrading the OS on my BB due to all day events being messed up. Is this possible with Google Calendar. Thanks.

I've used it and been very happy with it. I use the googly sync app on my bb. It will update your bb calendar or google calendar with any changes device side or google calendar side.
