According to the manual on internet etc. for the BB8800 it is possible to put a simcard in the blackberry and copy all contacts from sim to adresbook in the blackberry thru: " copy all contacts to sim" . The problem is i don't see copy all contacts...

Version i see for the blackberry thru: options-info about is v4.2168(platform2.3054).

Why don't i see copy all when choose the adresbook and then sim phonebook then menu and no copy all?

What country are you in? ( I'm on the wap and can't see)

If you are in the us or uk and are on BIS 2.5 there is now an option to copy sim card contacts in the set up wizard.

I am in the netherlands. the option ' copy all to adress book' is not there. I have a BES server v4 on exchange. When i choose sim phonebook there are 6 contacts.

Mmm I'm not sure why you are not seeing this copy all option and my OS version is older than yours. I also don't think BES has anything to do with it but I may be wrong.

6 contacts should not be too hard to enter manually though.

Perhaps someone with the same device can help you more than I.

Thats wright but this is an example. I must copy the contacts from another sim soon and there are

1. There is no option to copy ALL contacts to SIM. Given that you can have thousands of contacts and the SIM has VERY limited space, this makes sense.

2. From the Address book, you can bring open the SIM address book by hitting the Menu button and selecting SIM Phone book.

3. Once in the SIM Phone book, you can hit the Menu button and select Copy ALL to Address Book.

4. The option to copy all SIM contacts to the Address Book has always been available in the Setup Wizard. It doesn't appear if there are no contacts on the SIM.
