I need to locate the ESN # so I can go to the BIS site and resend service books so I can get my GMAIL mail on the STORM.

But the ESN number is not where it normally is--in the "status" area under options...

Help!

I used the "decimal" MEID on BIS and it worked.

esn can be found under options | status, it'll have your pin and esn in both hex and dec
