WM Frustrations got to me too. Finally switched to the Pearl, and now the storm. RIM is a far better product.

I am also new to BB and I love my storm. After reading the forums, it appears that BB users are loyal to previous devices and are particular about certain aspects of a BB device. That is true about any product and its following.
My main gripe about the storm is the slowness/responsives of it. We are approaching the year 2009, I would expect better. The typing takes some getting use to. Hopefully, once the Storm learns my typing style it will respond better. All in all, I have quickly become a crackberry addict. I really don't know how I got through life to this point.

Never personally owned a WM pos... But, as an IT professional, it really sucked supporting them!

I'm looking forward to installing BES next year to manage ours better.
