Obviously there are a lot of threads already on sync issues with PocketMac but none I've read describe this particular problem so I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced it and might know of a fix:

Using OS 10.4.2, PocketMac 3.12, MS Entourage (Office 2004)

PROBLEM:
If I set an appt. in Entourage Calendar and specify a reminder and then sync the calendar with the BB, the reminder does not "go off" on the bb when it is supposed to.

For example, the current time is 9:00 AM. I can set an appointment within Entourage for 10:30 AM with a 15 min. reminder and then sync with the BB using PocketMac. When 10:15 rolls around my desktop app will alert me of an upcoming appt. but the BB will not!

Here's where it gets really wierd... I can then go to the BB, look up the appointment in the calendar and THE REMINDER IS PROPERLY SET, it just didn't trigger for some reason.

To make matters even stranger, I can go into the Date/Time Options Menu and use the "Request Time" menu command and viola, all reminders on the BB that previously had not triggered suddenly go off.

It seems that there is some process or routine that is not completing when PocketMac finishes its synchronization... and that this process is triggered in some way when the BB's date and time settings are initialized.

Anyway, I've got a trouble ticket in with PocketMac but that will take several days I'm sure. Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this and if anyone has found a workaround.
