Problem with VZW BIS? Or my PIN change is my problem?

I'm receiving emails sent to my BES account, but not emails sent to my BIS (myusername@VZW.blackberry.net) account. I don't see anything in the outages forum.
Anybody know if there's a problem with the Verizon BIS right now? I'm in north FL, if that matters.
Is it possible that, when Verizon replaced my old Storm with a new yesterday (under warranty) that something got hosed up? I did a full backup of old phone first, and then a restore after I got home with the new phone. I re-activated on the BES. Everything else seemed to come back just fine. Maybe the PIN change hosed my BIS connection?
