I can install the housing before sending it out. See pictures for housing. Black trackball and trackball ring are installed, will include originals. Speaker has been replaced with a unit from Horizon Wireless. ESN is guaranteed to be clear, and PIN will be released before shipment. I have this phone in my posession.

Condition: 8/10. See pictures. I bought the phone used, and removed the screen cover, and it took a little of the OEM housing paint off of it. It is like this on both sides. Does not affect the performance of the phone in any way. The screen protectors really stick!
