Like the subject states, I have a email message which I can't remove. Already restarted, deleted all messages and removed my emails from phone. Any suggestion? Thanks.

By restart, do you mean battery pull, if not, take out the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in. Go to messages inbox (not the email one, but the general one for all messages) and see if anything is in there.

It is not BBM. I am unsure if it is a hidden folder. How can I unhide folders?
