Ok I've only had the 9700 for one day and I like it ok but it wouldn't phase me to go back to the 9000. Here's my question, how do you scroll back up through a conversation in sms text? It's like my cursor is stuck on the bar at the bottom.

Thanks the T works but thats pisses me off that I can't just use the trackpad to scroll from one to the other without hitting another button.

Is the SMS merged in your mailbox? I find that easier to work with

Mail - options - general options - sms and e-mail inboxes - combined

Also try them as separate. See what works for you

Good luck. I am cautiously optimistic that you will adjust. The trackball is obsolete. Welcome to the site by the way

Thanks, I've read on here for a long time. Yeah I could see me keeping it but for how I use it, it's not really any better than the 9000 to me. To each his own I guess. I am looking forward to the Magnum/Dakota though if it gets released.
