Several of the users on the BES (5.0.1) that I look after have found that wireless synch for their calendar has suddenly been switched off.

Has anyone else experienced this or is there any way to force this on for all handsets? Was hoping to do this via a policy.

They are using different model handsets and different software versions, can't find any reason for it and was convinced it was 'user error' but now there are so many I'm not sure!

That's a device setting. It was disabled from the handheld, either manually or by way of some application.
You can't force it on from BES. The users would need to enable it from the device.

Oh dear, thought that may be the case but was hoping otherwise....can never understand why BES policies wont allow us to control every aspect and every menu option on a device.
