My battery died before I could recharge it. I plugged it in and it stayed "dead" so to speak. I did a battery pull (now have done it at least 5-6 times) and on the restart it stays frozen on the boot up screen (where it says Blackberry) and the white load bar freezes at about 60% and doesn't move and my phone does not start up. I have left it sitting for 2 hours at one point to try and see if it would move past the point. It does not. I pulled the SD card as well and did a battery pull and the same thing happens. Not sure what I can do?

(I have the Bold 9700 and I am running OS 5.0.0602)

The battery might have been damaged. By "stayed dead" do you mean it didn't charge?

Have you tried a new battery?

Javaloader wipe will fix that. Don't waste more time - just do the Javaloader wipe. Hopefully - you all have data backups.

Does it keeps reloading or just die?
