I have a Mac Book Pro and a Blackberry Torch. I use ical for my calendar and Outlook for Mac for contacts. The Blackberry Sync was working just fine. But no longer. When syncing calendar I get "An error was encountered while syncing Calendars." I click on okay it them carries on with contacts. Calendar (ical) is not synced in either direction. Contacts still works. Also “vI1VgedbMUY&hl=en_US&fs=1 type=-2” appears in download list afterwards. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Blackberry sync software. It made no difference. Any thoughts?

Mac Office 2011? f so, I am not sure the latest DM works with that.

I use Google Sync for contacts and calendar on my MacBookPro. But I use T-bird for mail, Zindus for contacts and Lightning for calendar. Keeps the MacBook, Mac mini, and 3 XP PCs all in sync.

I did think about Google but could see no way of syncing in both directions to my Blackberry Torch. Also, the sync with ical was working just fine until today.

Google syncs both ways

Make sure DM is still configured properly. Then try a battery pull on the BB.
