Hey Guys,

I'm running a fresh install of BES 5.0.1 w/ exchange 2010 SP1 currently I have 58 users on it.

For some reason everyone is able to open attachments when sent by an internal employee but if a client sends them a file the paperclip shows up saying there is one but there is nothing to click on.

If they go into their exchange mailbox directly it will be there, just not on their berry.

All settings are default, Ideas?

When you open the mail with the attachment and then click the Menu button, do you see anywhere the menu item "Open Attachment"?

Have you tested all types of attachments? doc, jpg, pdf? Also, how big is the attachment?
