Hi,

Just changed companies and went from a huge conglomerate to a small startup. At the huge company, we had a BB server so it was never a problem with email/calendar but now I have to sync via USB for my Outlook 2010 calendar and hit the company webmail page via the add personal email for my email

I'm running into problems receiving email. Sometimes they come in, sometimes they don't, if they do come in, they're usually delayed by at least 15-20 minutes, and can be over an hour, if they come in at all. Also, if I respond to an email via Outlook it doesn't show up in the BB as a sent message. It's the same whether Outlook is open or closed, and I even removed my rules in Outlook to keep everything in the inbox, instead of forwarding to folders.

For my calendar, if a mtg request comes in the berry, I can accept it but on the Outlook calendar it shows as tenative, until I go into Outlook at accept it again.

This is so frustrating! I love my berry and have had no luck with other phones, especially the touchpad only phones (I'm a chick and have nails so trying to tap something out is a mess)

Any solutions or suggestions outside of getting an exchange BB server, which ain't gonna happen??

Some of the options you are not seeing are features of the BES service you had. As for the delay, that may be your email service or the carrier.
