Why don't you ask your Pearl?
Ok just kidding; I would imagine the user guide would have some listings (if not all of them). Here is a link to the 8100 user guide (PDF); check it out:

I looked in the user guide. It doesn't have all the commands that are available.

What a great task for you to take on Corey! J/k; I don't have a Pearl otherwise I would start one.

Yeah, I tried searching on VoiceSignal Technologies - Voice and Speech Recognition Solutions for 8100 support, but they offer support for every other phone except the 8100. And I tried looking at the support for other phones to see if maybe the voice commands were similar, but they're all different.

New 8100 owner here. I just said "Call" and gave it a local phone number *not* in address book. It worked. That makes for safer driving, I'm thinking. Wonder what else it can do.

OK a silly question of sort. Does the voice commend need to be activated? If my Pearl is sitting on the seat next to me, in my car, do I need to click on voice commend icon to activate it? (If so, doesnxxx8217;t it defeat the purpose?)

No, you can push the button on your headset, or push the action button on the left side of the phone.

OK thanks. So I still need to push "a" button, physically... I can't just say something like: "Call my 3rd boyfriend in NYC and my 2nd boyfriend in Chicago" without actually pressing a button of sort?.. So much for boyfriends...

It would be cool if it was always listening for a signal, so you would just say "Blackberry, I command you to call Bob!", or "Blackberry, I command you to check the battery!"

Well, it can be activated with a code-command. For example, when you tell your BB: "Wake-up!" or say a 4-digit number.

Rather it having to be alert and listening for this secret command, RIM decided to save some power and let us push a button to wake it up. Even my LS460 Lexus make me push a button on the steering wheel to alert it that I am going to make a voice command.
Maybe a few more years but voice control is still primitive. This Pearl is showing us a little glimpse of what the future will hold.
