I just got a new 9000, and after sending the service books email is working, but my contacts are not. In OPTIONS in address book it indicates that wireless synchronization is "not available" and there is no way to change that option.

Any ideas?

Well, I am with a college and we do not have our own BB server. We contract out...I'm afraid I am dense on this one. I have had several older BB's and all features were functional, so I have to believe it's a setting on this new one...does that make sense?
