Hello,

I am running BES server 5.5, exchange 2003 and have an issue where my a while back a users mail box was deleted before the user was removed from the bes server. When trying to remove them it says it can't access the users mailbox. In the applog it has a warning saying the user is not started. I know there is a way to blow this users away, but just can't remember it. Any help would be appreciated.

Run handheldcleanup on the BES three or four times, should work.

Is there a specific advantage to running it 3 or 4 times?

It doesnt seem to work completely if you only run it once. This is on advice from RIM.
