I've set up an account for myself on the BES and my phone has been activated. For some reason, my contacts come through from Outlook but I am unable to find any addresses when I do a search for someone in the Global Address List. We are using Exchange Server with the BES and as far as I know, everyone else's is fine. We've tried redoing my account from scratch a few times and no luck. Any other ideas? Thank you.
I'm not sure where the MAGT log is located but no one else that I've set up seems to have this issue. I did a search for MAGT log and didn't see that line in it anywhere.
I don't get any errors when looking up an address. It just comes up with No Matches.
