i want to simulate device programatically. i want to go step by step using key injector to perform some task manually but programatically...is there any available api which can help to go to options icon and select it programatically.

You can use event injection, but what you are asking for is not supported as an easy thing to do. A program that is able to go into options, and change things could do any number of malicious things. So, being a secure platform BlackBerry limits that ability and puts it under permission control.
