I have tried to install the DM on Vista to no avail. Is there an update or work around?

Nope, it should work, try and right click and install as admin. Which version are you trying to install.

Well, thanks for reminding me...I just upgraded to vista and just tried to install DM, and having the same trouble, it just won't work...it initializes and everything, but nothing opens, and nothing is installed, it just sits there, I wonder what's up? I'll fool around with it and see if I can get an answer.

Woah, alright, just got it, about 5 minutes after it initialized, the actual installer opened up, I don't know why it's so slow, but it works.

And it sees your BB Handheld ok and sync's ok?
