Upgraded Enterprise Now No Sync!!!

Hi all,
We recently hit the max on our available licenses (15) on our small business version of enterprise server. The guy from RIMM told me to install the Professional version which gives us up to 30 available users. I installed the upgrade, but now There is no sync between Exchange (2003) and the bberrys.
Is there anything any of you guys may be able to think of that I need to check in this upgraded install? The installation itself seemed to go pretty smoothly. But now nothing is syncing. Is there something in Desktop Manager that I should look at?
I know this isnt much to work with, but everything was working fine before the upgrade.
